The typically french market town of Montguyon is only 15 minutes away with a supermarket, restaurants, weekly market, chemist, banks and post office.
Bordeaux, St Emilion and Cognac are within an hours drive. The area also has several vineyards and beautiful market towns to visit.
Coastal resorts such as Royan, Lacanau and Arcachon are also just 90 minutes away.
Airports – Bordeaux and Bergerac airports are both just over an hours drive from the property.
